Jack Nicholson
Jack is the Founder and President of Sage Expansion and the Directional Leader at Church of the City. Over the past 20 years, Jack has helped growing organizations navigate the human side of executive leadership.
Having spent his entire career in leadership and organizational development, he has consulted with entrepreneurial and mid-size businesses as well as non-profit organizations to build emotionally intelligent leadership teams and culturally sound workplaces. He specializes in equipping executives in the core competencies of effective leadership including leading constructive change, transforming organizational conflict, building relationships of trust and releasing creativity and innovation.
Jack has three Master’s degrees in Human and Organizational Systems, Counseling and Theology and has a life-long professional interest in how deep change and transformation occurs for individuals, teams and organizations. He is currently working on his Doctorate of Philosophy in the integration of Religion and Society.
He has been married for 31 years, has three adult children and enjoys living in Nashville, TN.

Rob Murray
Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Rob graduated from Stellenbosh University with a B.A. in Theology before moving to the United States in 2002.
Over the last fifteen years, Rob has worked to bridge the divides commonly found between Faith, the Marketplace and Social Justice. This journey led him to complete a Masters Degree in Social & Civic Entrepreneurship and he is currently working on a Doctorate of Transformational Leadership (DTL).
Rob is the president of Westfall Speakers, a talent agency that works alongside Westfall Gold, the nation’s leading innovator and implementer of major donor events with a proven history of more than 300 events that have generated over $600 million for their non-profit clients. His agency team have become experts in securing the best presenters and performers for the major and mega donor event space.
Rob further serves as the Director of Leader Development at Church of the City; working alongside Jack Nicholson to bring leadership, vision, strategy, initiatives, and early-phase development for marketplace and nonprofit leaders.
Rob and his wife Natalie have made their home in Franklin, Tennessee with their four children.
