This offering begins with objective feedback from a state of the art 360 degree instrument—the Executive Dimension Inventory—to give a detailed and accurate picture of strengths and challenges.  We then facilitate a meeting of your peers to identify challenges and affirm strengths.  Real change takes time and effort, so this program includes the following steps to insure your growth:
