Leadership Retreat

Leadership Retreat

This 48-hour small group retreat helps executives and teams rediscover their unique abilities and realign them as individuals and leadership groups.  This SageQuest Retreat can be adapted for either an intact executive team or a small group of individual leaders.  Group dynamics, team skills and individual roles are addressed and renegotiated with whole leadership teams.  Individual leaders are challenged by like-minded executives prepared to tackle barriers and advance skills as organizational leaders.

Why It Matters

It is still “lonely at the top” and many executives lack confidential peer venues for personal support and development.  Too often executive teams don’t take time to renew vision and build trust and community.  So our retreat combines the best of small group interaction, personal reflection, teaching and mentoring to encourage and energize both individual leaders and teams.

What To Expect

It is in the context of community that we grow best and sustain change.  So this retreat of 8 to 10 executives accesses the power of a circle of trust to accelerate personal growth and team productivity.  SageQuest retreat leaders utilize proven group and experiential processes will help executive leaders…

  • Connect the head and heart of integrated leadership
  • Remove the barriers to being a fully aligned leader
  • Address the light and dark side of leadership styles
  • Create breakthroughs to the next level of your capacity

Executive teams can expect this retreat experience to help them…

  • Give and receive constructive feedback
  • Develop relationships of trust and team cohesiveness
  • Engage in healthy conflict and communication
  • Commit to decisions and plans of action
No professional education has had as profound an impact on me as the SageQuest Retreat. This retreat gave me a better understanding of why I’m here and how I can positively affect the people I come in contact with every day. There’s no way, if you are willing to dig in, that this retreat won’t be a milestone in your personal growth.
